Business Planning & Analysis Specialist - Cards (UAE National)

The company, a market leader in the MENAT region, is seeking a Business Planning & Analysis Specialist - Cards (UAE National). The candidate will support financial performance management by publishing cards performance reports and financial trackers. Key responsibilities include the independent validation of cards fulfilment data, monthly reconciliation and settlement of invoices, and support on monthly closing of cards financials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete fulfilment validation within the agreed timeline.
• Ensure VAS billing is processed within the agreed timeline.
• Address queries related to VAS billing within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure accuracy of billings and process invoices timely.
• Highlight invoice exceptions and obtain required approvals before processing.
• Publish Management Information Systems (MIS) reports accurately and timely.
• Raise any data-related issues to management and liaise with IT for resolutions.
• Prepare and post rewards provision entries and debit card scheme fees.
• Track and ensure correct accrual of receivables.
• Validate postings of all webforms in Finacle.
• Identify and execute opportunities for MIS automation.
• Provide insights and commentary on trends and presented numbers.
• Ensure customer notification for no usage, no payment (active accounts) before execution of purging.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Cards Finance.
• Proficiency in data management tools like Excel and Access.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
