We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to support initiatives in business process transformation, process governance, and business process management. The successful candidate will lead process discovery workshops, optimize business processes, develop documentation, and establish governance frameworks and ownership models. Experience with ARIS and other BPM platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across various business functions.
- Conduct process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses.
- Develop and maintain business process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Support process governance frameworks, process ownership models, and approval workflows.
- Structure and maintain central process repositories and process classification frameworks.
- Define and document process owners, approvers, roles, responsibilities, risks, and KPIs.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guidelines, and supporting documentation.
- Support process improvement, re-engineering, and automation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and effectively communicate process changes.
- Prepare training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to business users.
- Support process reviews, validation, and user acceptance testing as needed.
- Ensure process documentation aligns with organizational standards and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business process management, transformation, or re-engineering.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling standards.
- Practical experience with BPM platforms such as ARIS, Signavio, Bizagi, or OrbusInfinity.
- Experience in establishing process governance frameworks and process ownership models.
- Strong skills in process mapping, gap analysis, SOP development, and documentation.
- Experience defining process KPIs, RACI matrices, and process controls.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and workshop management skills.
- Ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- BPM professional certification or equivalent qualification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities.
- Familiarity with government excellence frameworks such as DGEP or EFQM.
