Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Contract: 4 months (extendable based on project requirement)
Key Responsibilities:

Process Assessment & Gap Identification
- Review BBPs/process designs across all functions.
- Conduct detailed on-ground assessments (plants, farms, logistics, finance).
- Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP-aligned processes.
- Define specific changes required in daily workflows.

Process Design Validation & Fitment
- Validate that designed processes are practical and executable on the ground.
- Identify constraints, inefficiencies, and operational risks.
- Challenge SAP design where misaligned with business reality.
- Ensure process fitment to the system is maximized.

Process Standardization
- Drive standardization across functions (e.g., production, procurement, logistics).
- Eliminate manual workarounds and inconsistencies.
- Define clear, structured workflows aligned with SAP.

Business Alignment
- Work closely with business owners to validate process changes.
- Ensure ownership of new processes within business teams.
- Align leadership on required operational changes.

UAT Process Readiness
- Ensure processes are clearly understood before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support the definition of business scenarios for UAT.
- Validate that business can execute processes (independent of system training).
Key Skills Required:
- Strong business process understanding (operations, supply chain, finance).
- Ability to assess and redesign operational workflows.
- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/agriculture environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders.
Success Measures:
- High process fitment to SAP.
- Clear, standardized, executable business processes.
- Minimal process-related issues during UAT.
