Business Process Lead (SAP Transformation & Operations)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a globally recognized client known for excellence and innovation in their industry. The company supports strategic initiatives by connecting exceptional talent to drive business growth and transformation.

We are looking for a Business Process Lead to assess current business operations, identify necessary process changes to align with SAP, and ensure future processes are practical and executable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Assessment & Gap Identification

   • Review BBPs/process designs across all functions.
   • Conduct detailed assessments across all operational areas.
   • Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP-aligned processes.

2. Process Design Validation & Fitment

   • Validate that designed processes are practical.
   • Identify constraints and operational risks.
   • Ensure process fitment to the SAP system is maximized.

3. Process Standardization

   • Drive standardization across functions.
   • Eliminate manual workarounds and inconsistencies.
   • Define clear workflows aligned with SAP.

4. Business Alignment

   • Collaborate with business owners to validate process changes.
   • Ensure ownership of new processes within business teams.

5. UAT Process Readiness

   • Ensure processes are understood before UAT.
   • Support the definition of business scenarios for UAT.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of business processes across operations, supply chain, and finance.
• Experience in assessing and redesigning operational workflows.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, FMCG, or agriculture environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.

Success Measures:

• High process fitment to SAP.
• Clear, standardized and executable business processes.
• Minimal process-related issues during UAT.

Contract Duration:
12 months, renewable
