Business Process Management Consultant (Software AG ARIS)

We are seeking a BPM Technical Consultant with expertise in Software AG ARIS for a process development and mapping project. The role will be responsible for leading and participating in business process discussions with the business teams and developing processes on the ARIS software using company methodology and conventions. The role requires an understanding of business process management (BPM), expertise in ARIS software, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in process discussions and reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Process Workshops: Develop an understanding of the company business environment, conduct stakeholder interviews, collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Process Design & Modeling: Design business processes using ARIS tools in alignment with company methodology and conventions and associated documentation (e.g., Function Allocation Diagrams).
• Consultation & Support: Provide advice on ARIS software features.
• Project Management: Manage project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.

Key Qualifications:

• 8 to 10+ years of proven experience working with ARIS BPM software, including implementation, administration, and configuration.
• Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
