To thrive in this position, you should have a foundation in business process analysis, modeling, and consulting practice. Your skills will include:
- Documenting, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, including mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Understanding and applying process modeling techniques, accurately visualizing current and future-state processes.
- Connecting process improvements to customer outcomes, developing value propositions that support business decision-making.
- Utilizing design thinking to combine empathy, structure, and creativity in your problem-solving approaches.
- Employing automation and AI tools effectively in your work, designing prompts, prototyping solutions, and ensuring the quality of AI-generated outputs.

What You'll Build
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process documentation and mapping across Cloud ERP implementations in oil, gas, and mining environments.
- Assisting in evaluating industry and technology trends to inform process design recommendations.
- Mapping business processes to solution requirements using existing capabilities.
- Contributing to transition and strategic planning activities aligned with customer objectives.
- Supporting change management efforts to help customers adopt new end-to-end process designs.
- Preparing customer materials and assisting in delivering consulting engagements.
