- Apply design thinking principles to solve problems with empathy, structure, and creativity.
- Utilize automation and AI tools in your daily work, designing effective prompts, prototyping solutions, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

What You'll Build
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process documentation and mapping across Cloud ERP implementations in oil, gas, and mining environments.
- Assisting in evaluating industry and technology trends to inform process design recommendations.
- Mapping business processes to solution requirements using existing company capabilities.
- Contributing to transition and strategic planning activities aligned with customer objectives.
- Supporting change management efforts to facilitate customer adoption of new end-to-end process designs.
- Preparing customer materials and assisting in the delivery of consulting engagements.
