- Document, analyse, and evaluate business processes — mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Utilize process modelling techniques to visualize current and future-state processes using structured approaches and standard notation.
- Connect process improvements to customer outcomes, developing value propositions that support business decision-making.
- Employ design thinking to approach problems by combining empathy, structure, and creativity to develop practical solutions.
- Integrate automation and AI tools in daily work, designing effective prompts, prototyping solutions, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

What You'll Build
You will contribute to consulting engagements in the oil, gas, and mining industries, supporting process design, documentation, and customer deliverables as part of the Cloud ERP delivery team.
- Support process documentation and mapping across Cloud ERP implementations in oil, gas, and mining environments.
- Assist in evaluating industry and technology trends to inform process design recommendations.
- Map business processes to solution requirements using existing capabilities.
- Contribute to transition and strategic planning activities aligned with customer objectives.
- Support change management efforts to help customers adopt new end-to-end process designs.
- Prepare customer materials and assist in delivering consulting engagements.
