We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to assist customers in their digital transformation through cloud communication. This role involves leading collaboration with a virtual team made up of sales, engineers, and support resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor at the CXO level.
• Help customers evaluate their cloud communication strategy and recommend tailored solutions.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the sales and product development teams to nurture deals.
• Understand conversational automation platforms to solve enterprise problems.
• Assist in problem escalation projects and implement product demos to showcase our value.
• Manage day-to-day Customer Success functions for assigned accounts and promote the adoption of Unifonic services.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in selling technology solutions, technical consultation, customer excellence, or delivery in a related field (SaaS, Telecommunications, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or another IT-related discipline.
• Experience in a technology-driven industry, specifically PaaS and/or SaaS.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing/editing and verbal communication abilities.
