Position

The Business Solutions Manager plays a critical role within the Solutions & Innovation function, supporting the development, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Revenue Management (RM) systems. This position is focused on the foundation of RM decision-making, which includes forecasting, optimization, and system configuration. The goal is to ensure that pricing and inventory decisions are driven by robust, scalable, and high-performing models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving innovation in Pricing & RM systems by researching and applying Operations Research methodologies, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Developing strong commercial knowledge and liaising with internal and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Managing and maintaining the calibration of forecasting and optimization models within RM systems to improve forecast accuracy and revenue performance.
  • Designing and enhancing system processes, practices, and controls for effective usage of RM systems across the business.
  • Supporting RM stakeholders with system-related queries, troubleshooting, and operational requirements.
  • Developing and implementing KPI frameworks to monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Leading user acceptance testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases to ensure quality standards.
  • Driving automation within RM systems using models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques.
  • Managing data quality assurance of inputs and outputs of Pricing & RM systems.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in airline Revenue Management, focusing on RM systems, optimization, or forecasting models.
  • Proven experience working with RM systems (e.g., PROS, Sabre RM or equivalent), including configuration, calibration, or optimization.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in statistical or programming tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will involve:
