Business Solutions Manager - Data Science & AI Projects (Revenue Management)

The company is seeking a hands-on Data Science and AI professional to join our Solutions & Innovation team to develop advanced analytical solutions that support our Revenue Management function. This role involves taking ownership of data science and machine-learning projects from conceptualization to production. You will define problems, develop models, build and test proof-of-concepts, deploy solutions, and continuously improve their performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading data science, machine-learning, and AI projects from ideation through development and deployment.
• Developing and enhancing machine-learning models for dynamic pricing and forecasting.
• Evolving our in-house ancillary dynamic pricing capability to drive smarter commercial decisions.
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to real business challenges.
• Building new analytical products and improving existing solutions.
• Partnering with multiple teams to translate complex problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicating analytical outputs in a commercially actionable manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience in building machine-learning models from start to finish.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with modern data science tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, and experience with large datasets.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial modeling and analytical insight skills with a background in Revenue Management, pricing, or optimization preferred.
• Airline or travel industry experience is highly valuable but not mandatory.
