Key responsibilities include supporting the administration of the software applications used for managing risk and resilience activities and providing executive support, including full administrative and secretarial support to the assigned department and team members.

Key Accountabilities:
- Support the rollout of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience policies and frameworks across DP World.
- Conduct data analytics over multiple Risk & Resilience systems and support trend analysis to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure core maintenance and record keeping of data is up to date across all systems.
- Act as system administrator for access provisioning and reviews.
- Assist in preparing regular risk & resilience intelligence/analysis reports for senior management.
- Liaise with Business Units to maintain risk registers and business continuity plans.
- Conduct research and horizon scanning to support the identification of both current and emerging risks and disruption threats.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for travel arrangements and department events.
- Manage departmental records and compliance with procurement and finance policies.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3-4 years of systems administration and analysis experience.
- Basic understanding of ERM and Resilience standards (ISO 31000, ISO 22301, COSO ERM, NCEMA).
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
- Aptitude for pursuing a career in ERM, BCM, or Operational Resilience.
- Excellent command of English (verbal/written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making.
- Project/program management skills, able to handle multiple projects timely.
- Energetic, self-starter, flexible, and goal-oriented.
