Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Solution Design:
- Gather and translate business requirements from the Risk Department into functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flows.
- Design, document, and implement solutions for reporting, analytics, and system enhancements.
- Prepare test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing to validate system changes.

Data Engineering and Reporting Automation:
- Develop and maintain data models for exposure reporting, P&L analysis, and management dashboards.
- Use SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools to query and validate risk data and automate daily reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the reliability of Risk reporting.

Systems and Data Integrity:
- Investigate system and data issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
- Support data governance and control processes for various financial parameters.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst in a trading, banking, or data-intensive environment.
- Strong practical skills in SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with control frameworks and data modeling concepts.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Knowledge of commodity pricing structures and exposure to Middle Office, Market Risk, or Product Control processes is a plus.
