As a Business Systems Analyst Advisor, you will act as a critical liaison between stakeholders, analyzing business needs and defining requirements to ensure successful project execution. This role involves collaborating with various business and technology functions, ensuring that projects align with strategic goals and deliver value.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between business teams, IT developers, and third-party vendors to align project deliverables.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop use cases and system designs, translating business needs into specifications for the technology team.
- Project Support: Work with the project management team to define timelines and deliverables and monitor project progress.
- Testing & Validation: Participate in User Acceptance Testing and support post-launch optimization efforts.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with application launches or digital transformation projects in the Middle East is preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance processes and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and Microsoft Office (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are considered an asset.
