Our client, a leading player in the IT sector, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Transformation Analyst to join their Process Excellence Team (PET). Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Diagnostic & Process Mapping

    • Lead comprehensive ASIS process walkthroughs with various Business Units (BU) and Functional Units (FU) to map out current workflows.
    • Pinpoint operational pain points, manual redundancies, and compliance risks through deep-dive data analysis.
    • Develop standardized documentation, including high-quality workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and detailed process notes.
  2. Strategy Redesign & Future-State Modeling

    • Partner with the PET Lead to architect optimized TOBE workflows, focusing on "Quick Win" improvements and long-term strategic enhancements.
    • Evaluate transformation opportunities through the lens of automation, simplification, and standardization.
    • Coordinate closely with Business Analysts (BA) and IT partners to ensure process redesigns are technically feasible and aligned with system capabilities.
  3. Data-Driven Insights & Prioritization

    • Manage data collection and analysis (volume, cycle time, and manual effort) to build a business case for change.
    • Maintain the PET Pain Point Log and utilize impact/effort frameworks to help management prioritize transformation projects.
  4. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Facilitate professional workshops and review sessions to align stakeholders on new operational directions.
    • Create and deliver high-impact presentations for executive management review.
  5. Implementation & Continuous Improvement

    • Support the PMO in tracking transformation success metrics, such as SLA improvements and lead-time reductions.
    • Drive 30-day continuous improvement cycles post-implementation to ensure operational adoption and validate the success of TOBE processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Business Transformation, Process Analysis, or Operational Excellence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools such as MS Visio, BPMN, or PowerPoint is highly preferred.
  • Competencies:
    • Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex enterprise workflows.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transformation workstreams simultaneously.
