Key Responsibilities:

Operational Diagnostic & Process Mapping
- Lead comprehensive ASIS process walkthroughs with various Business Units (BU) and Functional Units (FU) to map out current workflows.
- Pinpoint operational pain points, manual redundancies, and compliance risks through deep-dive data analysis.
- Develop standardized documentation, including high-quality workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and detailed process notes.

Strategy Redesign & Future-State Modeling
- Partner with the PET Lead to architect optimized TOBE workflows, focusing on "Quick Win" improvements and long-term strategic enhancements.
- Evaluate transformation opportunities through the lens of automation, simplification, and standardization.
- Coordinate closely with Business Analysts (BA) and IT partners to ensure process redesigns are technically feasible and aligned with system capabilities.

Data-Driven Insights & Prioritization
- Manage data collection and analysis (volume, cycle time, and manual effort) to build a business case for change.
- Maintain the PET Pain Point Log and utilize impact/effort frameworks to help management prioritize transformation projects.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate professional workshops and review sessions to align stakeholders on new operational directions.
- Create and deliver high-impact presentations for executive management review.

Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Support the PMO in tracking transformation success metrics, such as SLA improvements and lead-time reductions.
- Drive 30-day continuous improvement cycles post-implementation to ensure operational adoption and validate the success of TOBE processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Business Transformation, Process Analysis, or Operational Excellence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools such as MS Visio, BPMN, or PowerPoint is highly preferred.
- Competencies:
- Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex enterprise workflows.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transformation workstreams simultaneously.
