Responsibilities
- Shape Business & IT Strategy – Partner with executives and business leaders (across the customer’s organisation: business, IT, and operational teams) to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into strategic technology initiatives.
- Develop Value Propositions – Create compelling business cases that showcase how technology investments can drive efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.
- Design Future-Ready Solutions – Work alongside the company’s technical experts to design flexible, scalable architectures that align with business needs.
- Engage and Influence Stakeholders – Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Measure Business Impact – Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the value delivered by IT initiatives.
- Optimize Risk & ROI – Assess risks, recommend trade-offs, and ensure that technology solutions maximize business value.
- Support Transformation & Change – Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of digital transformation projects.
Requirements
- A minimum total of 6 years of experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience with a premier Management Consulting firm or 2-4 years of experience with industry-leading companies in a functional management role or strategy / Transformation role.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business processes, strategy, and industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, cloud technologies, and digital transformation concepts.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify trends and design solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Communication skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Change Management skills: Ability to drive and manage change within the organization.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Project Management skills: Ability to manage different customers and plan, execute and complete internal projects effectively and timely.
