Responsibilities
- Manage the Area Business Visa service team and oversee all aspects of business visa applications and processes.
- Advise employees and stakeholders on visa requirements, application procedures, and compliance issues.
- Liaise with local embassies and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and regulations in various countries.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of visa services.
- Partner with external service providers to improve visa approval rates and enhance the quality of visa services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant visa rules and regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with global visa processes.
- Track and report on key metrics related to global mobility programs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status and effectiveness of visa initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visa, immigration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of global visa rules, regulations, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Mandarin and other languages is a plus.
