In this position, you will provide advanced diagnostics at the system, application, and infrastructure levels to ensure the smooth operation of services. You will be responsible for conducting root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and for implementing permanent fixes. Your role will also involve managing OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and Service Level Agreement (SLA) clock, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.

You will own the configuration, firmware, and software maintenance of the system while coordinating manufacturer releases and upgrades. Preventive maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will maintain design documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the knowledge base while mentoring and signing off Level-2 competence among team members.

Providing technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board for any changes to the system will be part of your responsibilities. You'll be tasked with operating imVision, maintaining connectivity records and as-built drawings, and keeping documentation and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) updated for moves, adds, and changes.

Requirements

• AutoCAD/documentation skills
• ITIL Foundation certification
• 4+ years of relevant experience
