About the role
Help train and evaluate AI agents that operate within a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, which would normally require an expert 10–15 hours to complete. In this role, you will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and assess the agents' attempts. You will collaborate closely with CFD engineers who will simulate the geometry you create.

Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on CAD modeling experience (using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar). Experience preparing geometry for simulation (using ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.
- An active professional CAD license of your own (required).
- Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
Project time expectations
Tasks for this project are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, subject to project requirements. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is ongoing.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to $37 per hour equivalent on this project, depending on their level of expertise and pace of contribution. Compensation may vary across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise, and other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels.
