About the role
Help train and evaluate AI agents that operate within a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, typically requiring an expert 10–15 hours to complete. Responsibilities include designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and assessing the agent's performance. Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional, hands-on CAD modelling experience (using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar).
- Strong experience in preparing geometry for simulation (experience with ANSYS or similar is a strong plus).
- An active professional CAD licence of your own (required).
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with GitHub.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above.

Compensation
