The CAFM Developer will play a pivotal role in enhancing our food services domain by leveraging expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud, Planview PPM, MRI, and SQL. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions. The candidate will focus on optimizing and automating processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of DevOps practices to streamline operations and improve system reliability in the food services domain.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle PPM Cloud, Planview PPM, and MRI systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide expertise in SQL for managing and optimizing databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment, reducing time-to-market for new features.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to minimize disruptions.
- Document processes and create knowledge-sharing resources to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive value.
- Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs through effective automation and process enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Oracle PPM Cloud, Planview PPM, and MRI with the ability to integrate and optimize these systems.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and optimization, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Experience in the food services domain, understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
