Calypso - Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands-on experience in Calypso implementations to lead and drive a large-scale treasury transformation program for the company. The role requires close coordination with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation program.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Oversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Resolve escalations and ensure timely decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services.
• Strong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L).
• Hands-on experience delivering Calypso implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong understanding of system integration and large transformation programs.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory).

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodies.
• Exposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systems.
• Agile / hybrid delivery experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles (preferred).
