Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation program
- Act as the primary liaison between the company stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors
- Drive program planning, execution, governance, and reporting
- Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
- Oversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office
- Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go-live activities
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting
- Resolve escalations and ensure timely decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services
- Strong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L)
- Hands-on experience delivering Calypso implementations
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Strong understanding of system integration and large transformation programs
- Fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)
Good to Have:
- Experience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodies
- Exposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systems
- Agile / hybrid delivery experience
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field
- 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles (preferred)
