Camp Boss

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to manage the day-to-day operations of our employee accommodation facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment for the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and administration of staff accommodation and labour camps.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of all accommodation facilities.
• Manage and maintain the camp kitchen facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper upkeep.
• Coordinate room allocation, employee check-in and check-out procedures.
• Monitor accommodation occupancy and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Address employees' accommodation-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Transport, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss, preferably with construction companies.
• High school certificate or higher educational qualification is preferred.
• Previous UAE experience in labour camp or staff accommodation management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accommodation operations, hygiene standards, and facility maintenance.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a large workforce and handle day-to-day camp operations.
