As a Camunda/Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance BPMN workflows in Camunda 8 to automate sales and mortgage operations. Your role will include developing robust components using Node.js and JavaScript, integrating our CRM with various platforms, implementing error handling and monitoring for system reliability, and collaborating with teams to define integration patterns.

What It Takes to Succeed at the company:
We are looking for a builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex logic puzzles. Candidates should have:

  • Strong professional experience in backend development with Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Camunda 8 or similar orchestration engines.
  • Proficiency with integration tools and patterns such as Salesforce APIs, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
  • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
  • Ability to create monitoring dashboards to maintain high system uptime.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team.
