Responsibilities
- Own reporting of the critical capacity planning metrics across fulfillment centers (FCs).
- Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plans, and drive execution.
- Support operations team with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders.
- Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning, and standard operating practices.
- Own capacity configurations in the tools (ACMS) to avoid physical-virtual mismatches in the reported site's capacities.
- Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects to enhance network capacity and optimize bin slotting changes.

The team coordinates project plans and tracks execution across stakeholders from business, technology, design, procurement, and construction teams.
