Capacity Planning Project Manager

The Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed candidate to own the short and long-term capacity planning vertical for a network of darkstores. The candidate should possess high business acumen, strong analytical, collaboration, and data-driven influencing skills. The ideal candidate should have superior written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting of the critical capacity planning metrics across fulfillment centers (FCs).
• Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plans, and drive execution.
• Support operations team with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders.
• Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning, and standard operating practices.
• Own capacity configurations in the tools (ACMS) to avoid physical-virtual mismatches in the reported site's capacities.
• Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects to enhance network capacity and optimize bin slotting changes.

The supply chain and launches team plays a key role in delivering best-in-class service to the company's customers through scaling and expanding the network. The team coordinates project plans and tracks execution across stakeholders from business, technology, design, procurement, and construction teams.
