Card Tester

As a Card Tester in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end testing and validation of various card products including EMV chip cards, contactless payments, prepaid cards, and magstripe. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 8583, EMVCo, and PCI DSS, as well as regulatory requirements.

Your role will involve both manual and automated testing using various tools to validate card functionalities across different devices, including POS terminals, ATMs, and mobile wallets. You will develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, executing functional, regression, integration, and performance tests while ensuring all defects are logged and tracked.

Additionally, you will analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to resolve problems related to card functionality, security, and interoperability with card processing systems. Ensuring that all testing processes adhere to security standards, including PCI DSS compliance, is crucial, as is identifying potential vulnerabilities in the card products and their supporting systems.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure clear communication and that all testing requirements are met. You will also provide regular test progress reports, risk assessments, and defect metrics to the project team. This position is full-time and on-site.
