The Cards Channel Manager leads outsourced sales teams across the UAE for the International Wealth and Premier Banking business. This role is essential in driving commercial growth, providing effective team leadership, and ensuring robust third-party risk oversight.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead outsourced sales teams across the UAE, setting performance expectations and providing coaching and field support.
- Drive customer acquisition for accounts, credit cards, and personal lending, offering a multi-product range through approved channels.
- Manage third-party governance, including service levels, staffing, invoices, documentation, and issue escalation.
- Ensure compliance and control standards, including approved sales journeys, regulatory requirements, and customer-contact methods.
- Build corporate partnerships and expand channels through activations, kiosks, events, and new sales locations.
- Deliver excellent customer outcomes by monitoring quality, handling complaints, and maintaining consistent service standards.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of International Wealth and Premier Banking products, propositions, and services, with the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
- Proven sales expertise in multiproduct offerings, particularly with high-net-worth customers and financial products.
- People-management capability, including leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Effective networking and business-development skills to build corporate relationships and achieve acquisition targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- High risk and customer-service awareness, with sound problem-solving ability and a commitment to compliance, fair dealing, and quality outcomes.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE).
