Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex cards consulting program across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality criteria.
- Establish governance routines and manage risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the project.
- Support execution of cards strategy focusing on growth, activation, retention, and profitability across various segments.
- Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, and drive digital enablement initiatives.
- Lead market research, business case development, and structure business problems into actionable plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams to provide solutions that drive client value.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery, compliance, technology, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Experience: Senior consulting and program leadership experience, including problem structuring, C-level stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and analytics-led decision-making.
- Knowledge: Cards, CVM, product launch, digital banking, and SAMA regulations.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Experience: 15-20 years combining consulting, payments/cards, financial services transformation, and senior program delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are preferred.
