Cards Operations UAT Tester

We are currently looking for a Cards Operations UAT Tester for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Cards Operations and UAT Testing.
• Hands-on experience with the Prime Card Management System.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing and acquiring processes.
• Good understanding of various card products and transaction life cycles.
• Experience in validating General Ledger (GL) entries related to card transactions.
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and payment processing workflows.
• Experience in defect management and test execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in banking or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with payment systems and card switch platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for card-related applications and enhancements.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and execute end-to-end testing.
• Validate card issuance, authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Work extensively on the Prime Card Management System.
• Test various card products, including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Prepaid Cards.
• Validate acquiring functionalities, including POS, ATM, and eCommerce transactions.
• Verify General Ledger (GL) postings and accounting entries related to card transactions.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and vendors to resolve defects.
• Participate in defect tracking, retesting, and regression testing.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately implemented and tested before production deployment.
• Support production validation during releases and post-implementation activities.
