Role: Lead Consultant/Associate Manager
Skill: Cards (Credit/Debit), Loans, Oracle
Description
- Minimum 8 years of product experience in Cards and Loans.
- Proven experience in handling customization requirements and a solid knowledge of product capabilities.
- Manage all card-related interfaces and integrations, including Digital Channels, Online/Mobile, IVR, ATM/CDM, etc.
- Strong understanding of Retail/Corporate Loans lifecycle.
- Experience in direct client interaction.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Debit/Credit/Prepaid products architecture and customization layers.
- Experience in handling varying customization requirements and best practices.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database best practices.
- Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and report designing is a plus.
Functional Skills
- Knowledge of all card product core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Way4, any prepaid card system).
- Good understanding of the banking domain and associated terminologies.
- Experience in coding standards, security measures, unit testing, and documentation practices.
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design across the organization.
- Familiarity with different card and payment domain gateways and methods.
