Cards Technical Implementation Lead

The company is seeking a Cards Technical Implementation Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on a BNPL platform launching mass consumer credit cards, wallet-linked prepaid cards, and commercial card products. The successful candidate will integrate closely with the client's KSA technology and product teams, leading the technical implementation and productionisation of card programs designed to reach millions of consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery lifecycle across consumer credit, wallet-linked, and commercial card programs for the KSA market.
• Drive principal membership enablement and ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee card productionisation and digital issuance, ensuring compliance and integration with processing platforms.
• Manage scheme certification, quality assurance, and post-launch operational readiness.
• Coordinate with all parties involved, ensuring project milestone delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end technical implementation of consumer and commercial card programs.
• Familiarity with principal membership setup and ICA enablement with major card schemes.
• Experience in processor integration and knowledge of the SAMA regulatory framework for card issuance.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in payments technology, card issuing/processing, and program management.

Skills:

• End-to-end card technical implementation (credit, wallet, commercial).
• BIN setup, ICA assignment, and payment scheme certification.
• Experience with digital wallets and tokenisation services.
• Good understanding of PCI-DSS compliance requirements and security standards.
