Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery lifecycle across consumer credit, wallet-linked, and commercial card programs for the KSA market.
- Drive principal membership enablement and ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee card productionisation and digital issuance, ensuring compliance and integration with processing platforms.
- Manage scheme certification, quality assurance, and post-launch operational readiness.
- Coordinate with all parties involved, ensuring project milestone delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end technical implementation of consumer and commercial card programs.
- Familiarity with principal membership setup and ICA enablement with major card schemes.
- Experience in processor integration and knowledge of the SAMA regulatory framework for card issuance.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in payments technology, card issuing/processing, and program management.
Skills:
- End-to-end card technical implementation (credit, wallet, commercial).
- BIN setup, ICA assignment, and payment scheme certification.
- Experience with digital wallets and tokenisation services.
- Good understanding of PCI-DSS compliance requirements and security standards.
