About the Job:
The company is launching a BNPL platform with mass consumer credit cards, wallet-linked prepaid cards, and commercial card products. The selected candidate will work closely with the client's KSA technology and product teams to drive the technical implementation and productionization of these card programs within the KSA market. Responsibilities:
- Lead the full technical delivery lifecycle across consumer credit, wallet-linked, and commercial card programs, ensuring timely project milestone delivery.
- Manage principal membership enablement, coordinating ICA assignment and regulatory submissions to SAMA.
- Oversee card production from design through issuance, ensuring compliance with scheme requirements.
- Execute digital wallet and tokenization launches, ensuring end-to-end validation of provisioning flows.
- Lead scheme certification, ensuring 100% resolution of critical defects prior to go-live.
- Coordinate across various parties including processors and compliance functions.
- Ensure project milestones and card programs are launch-ready, with regular stakeholder updates.
Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in technical implementation of consumer and commercial card programs.
- Direct experience with principal membership setup and ICA enablement with major card schemes.
- Integration experience with processor systems.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Domain Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years in payments technology and technical implementation management.
- Experience with card management systems and regulatory frameworks.

Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in ISO messaging standards, PCI-DSS compliance, and API-based integrations.
