Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash processing, including counting, balancing, reconciliation, authentication, packaging, and dispatch.
- Ensure cash is processed accurately, securely, and within agreed service levels.
- Support vault operations, cash inventory verification, dual-control procedures, and access management.
- Coordinate ATM cash preparation, cassette loading, balancing, reconciliation, and inventory planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate discrepancies and support audits, loss-prevention activities, and risk management initiatives.
- Handle operational queries and contribute to service reviews, process improvements, and new technology implementation.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Logistics, Security Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in cash management, banking, security, or operations is an advantage.
- Minimum of five years of experience in cash centres, vault operations, banking operations, cash processing, or cash management.
- Previous experience managing cash-handling or cash-processing operations.
- Experience with banks, financial institutions, exchange houses, or secure logistics companies is preferred.
