In this role, you will collaborate with theme park and event venue clients to assess and tailor cashless payment solutions to fit their specific requirements. You will lead the implementation and deployment of cashless payment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations while providing comprehensive training and support to client staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess cashless payment requirements and objectives.
  • Design customized cashless solutions that align with client needs and integrate with existing systems.
  • Lead the implementation and deployment of cashless payment systems within theme parks and event venues.
  • Provide training and support to client staff on the management of cashless systems, including troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in cashless technology and proactively identify innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in cashless solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on cashless payment systems for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cashless payment systems, including RFID, NFC, mobile payments, and digital wallets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with vendors, staff, and customers.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to cashless transactions.
