Category Merchant Manager - Softlines

The Saudi Arabia Marketplace team at Amazon is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed, and results-oriented Category Merchant Manager in the Softlines business (Apparel, Shoes, Watches, Luggage, Jewelry) to shape the future of our marketplace. This role focuses on supporting the growth of Softlines product categories and driving initiatives to increase traffic and revenues. Key responsibilities include performing complex business analyses and reporting, expanding product selection, and building best-in-class customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help identify category growth opportunities and contribute to scalable initiatives that support this growth at the Saudi Arabia level.
• Issue recommendations to improve customer and seller experience and create new or enhanced experiences.
• Work closely with Leadership on annual and quarterly strategic planning and other periodic reports.
• Collaborate with Category leads to drive the team to scale and achieve weekly and monthly business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance business efficiencies.
