Position

The company’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I Critical Environment Program Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for the company’s online services. The Critical Environment Program Manager (CEPM) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of operational and engineering programs across the company Data Center campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable infrastructure operations. This role acts as the bridge between engineering, operations, compliance, and leadership, owning programs that directly impact availability, risk reduction, and operational excellence.

Location: Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province, Dammam
Work Conditions:

  • Fully on-site

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver critical CE programs, including Break-Fix (BF) reduction, Preventative Maintenance (PM) performance improvement, and infrastructure upgrade and lifecycle programs.
  • Track and improve key KPIs such as availability/SEV reduction, break-fix backlog, PM compliance, and execution quality.
  • Drive compliance with the company standards and ensure all work aligns with MOP/SOP standards and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with CE Operations Managers, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, and external partners to drive alignment on priorities and execution strategy.
  • Provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership and communicate risks, blockers, and decisions with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent proven experience in Critical Environment infrastructures.
  • Ability to meet the company, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or working in physical IT infrastructures, project management experience, and applicable certifications in relevant fields.

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
