Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led Databricks training programs, workshops, and technical enablement sessions
- Facilitate both theoretical and hands-on learning across relevant Databricks technologies
- Guide participants through labs, exercises, demonstrations, and real-world use cases
- Explain complex data engineering, analytics, AI, and lakehouse concepts clearly
- Prepare and maintain training environments, materials, exercises, and supporting documentation
- Adapt delivery based on participants' technical backgrounds and learning needs
- Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive technical feedback
- Stay current with Databricks platform developments, certifications, and recommended practices
- Support internal and client enablement initiatives
- Maintain consistently high standards of training delivery and learner experience
Qualifications
Required
- Active relevant Databricks certification(s)
- Strong hands-on experience with the Databricks platform
- Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, lakehouse, or related data concepts
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences with different experience levels
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
- Databricks instructor accreditation or previous experience delivering official Databricks training
- Multiple Databricks certifications
- Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience training enterprise clients
- English proficiency and Arabic is a plus
- Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology training environments
