About the Role
The College of Engineering and Technology invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the Associate Professor or Full Professor rank in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The successful candidate(s) will contribute to the Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (MS AIDS) graduate program by teaching advanced graduate courses, supervising Master's thesis research, securing external research funding, and developing an impactful research profile.

Key Responsibilities
- Graduate Instruction:
Teach graduate-level courses in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, with an emphasis on machine learning, deep learning, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies. Contribute to the delivery and development of specialized courses aligned with the program's academic objectives and evolving industry needs.
- Research & Thesis Supervision:
Supervise graduate students' research and Master's theses, provide guidance on research methodologies, and participate in thesis examination and defense committees.
- Scholarly Activity:
Maintain an active research agenda; publish in reputable, peer-reviewed international journals and conferences; pursue external research funding; and contribute to research initiatives in emerging areas of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
- Service:
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement, academic advising, graduate thesis committees, accreditation activities, and other academic and administrative responsibilities within the College and University.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated teaching experience of at least 5 years post-Ph.D. at the graduate level, with a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student engagement.
- Strong research and publication record in reputable, peer-reviewed international journals and conferences, with the ability to supervise graduate research and Master's theses.
- Proficiency in modern AI and machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies, with practical experience in developing AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to contribute to academic accreditation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional or industry experience in applied AI projects, industry or government collaboration, and real-world deployment of AI solutions is preferred.

- Full-Time Faculty positions at the Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor levels are available.
