About the Job:
The Change & Adoption Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption of new business processes related to the SAP Transformation project. The role requires ensuring that users understand, accept, and are prepared to execute changes through structured communication, engagement, and on-ground change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and execute a practical change management plan.
    • Focus on driving process acceptability at the operational level.
    • Align activities with project phases (Explore → Realize → UAT).
  2. Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage with business leaders, plant managers, supervisors, and users.
    • Build strong relationships across functions.
    • Act as a bridge between project and business teams.
    • Identify and manage resistance proactively.
  3. Communication & Roadshows:

    • Design simple, business-focused communications.
    • Conduct roadshows, workshops, and site visits.
    • Explain what is changing, why it is changing, and how it impacts daily work.
  4. Process Enablement (Pre-System Training):

    • Conduct process walkthrough sessions (non-system).
    • Prepare users for UAT participation.
    • Ensure understanding of roles and workflows.
  5. Adoption & Readiness Tracking:

    • Assess readiness across functions.
    • Identify gaps in acceptance and understanding.
    • Drive closure of gaps before UAT.
    • Ensure business teams are ready to execute.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in on-ground change execution.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management (from shopfloor to leadership).
  • Practical, hands-on approach.
  • Experience with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) is required.

Success Measures:

  • High process acceptability across business teams.
  • Strong participation and readiness for UAT.
  • Low resistance to new ways of working.
  • Smooth transition to SAP processes.
