Change and Adoption Lead (SAP Transformation)

As the Change & Adoption Lead for SAP Transformation, you will play a critical role in driving business adoption and user readiness through structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing change management plans, driving user adoption of new business processes, engaging with business leaders, managers, and end users, managing stakeholder expectations, addressing resistance to change, conducting communication sessions, workshops, and roadshows, delivering business process walkthroughs prior to system training, preparing business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assessing business readiness, identifying gaps in adoption, tracking change adoption, and ensuring a successful transition to SAP processes while collaborating with project and business teams throughout the transformation.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience leading change management for SAP or ERP transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business processes.
• Hands-on experience driving user adoption and ensuring business readiness.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks, particularly ADKAR (mandatory).

Employment Type: Contract role (On-site) in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
