The company is seeking a talented Change Control Manager to join our team in Riyadh. Responsibilities:
- Establish and govern change control procedures, workflows, and approval matrices aligned with contract requirements.
- Lead change intake/triage and maintain the change register, trends, substantiation, and a complete audit trail.
- Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and commercial areas.
- Prepare decision-ready change packages for presentation to the Change Control Board/client for approval.
- Perform and coordinate Time Impact Analyses using Primavera P6/MS Project; integrate approved changes into the baseline.
- Quantify cost and commercial impacts in collaboration with Estimating/QS and Cost Control; align budgets, contingency, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely contractual notices and submission of fully substantiated variation/compensation events (e.g., FIDIC/NEC/EPC).
- Flow down approved changes to subcontracts/vendors and verify execution readiness (drawings, BoQs, method statements).
- Track change cycle times and trends; produce clear dashboards and insights for leadership and clients.
- Support claims preparation and negotiations for delays, disruptions, and scope changes; maintain audit-ready records.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–12 years of experience in change/variation management, project controls, or contracts/commercial on large, complex projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project for schedule impact analysis and baseline control; strong Excel/reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of contractual change provisions and entitlement (e.g., FIDIC/NEC/EPC) and commercial valuation/pricing.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations.
Language Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in KSA; English fluency required, Arabic is a plus.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with EcoSys/Prism, SAP/Oracle ERP, and document control systems (e.g., Aconex/ProjectWise).
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for dashboards; strong business writing skills for change narratives and justifications.
- Professional credentials (e.g., RICS, CIArb, AACE, PMI) and experience on Saudi giga-projects.
- Background in supporting TIAs, entitlement/quantum analyses, and negotiating variations/claims.
