Your Responsibilities:

  • Change Impact Assessment: Analyze and document the impact of new processes across various functions (Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics) to inform transition and adoption plans.
  • Communications & Engagement: Develop and support the rollout of the change and engagement strategy, creating messages and communications that connect changes to the broader transformation narrative.
  • Training & Capability Building: Collaborate with the training team to ensure that training content reflects new operational methodologies.
  • Change Readiness & Adoption: Contribute to readiness assessments and adopt measurement strategies, collecting sentiment and feedback to identify areas needing reinforcement or refreshers.
  • Stakeholder & Change Network Support: Engage with business leads, super users, and local change agents to promote adoption, gather feedback, and support during different program phases.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • A strong background in change management, particularly within complex retail or consumer goods organizations.
  • Experience leading change in tech transformation projects is highly valued.
  • GCC experience is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP/S4HANA and Blue Yonder; exposure to these systems is advantageous.
  • A Prosci certification or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and collaborative approach with confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
