Chalhoub Group is currently executing "Transform Chalhoub," a 4-year business transformation program aimed at modernizing its core business functions—Planning, Payroll, HR, Finance, Omnichannel, B2B Distribution, and Logistics. The objective is to simplify operations and empower employees to deliver exceptional experiences, driven by technologies such as SAP and Blue Yonder.

As part of the Change Management team, you will drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of the transformation initiatives across the organization, translating complex changes into clear, engaging experiences for employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments to analyze the effects of new processes across functions and inform transition and adoption plans.
  • Support the rollout of the Group-wide change and engagement strategy and develop communication materials that connect the transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure content reflects new ways of working.
  • Contribute to readiness assessments, tracking activation indices, and post-go live adoption measurement.
  • Engage with business leads and change agents to gather feedback and champion the adoption of changes throughout the program.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in change management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Experience in leading tech transformation projects is highly valued.
  • Previous GCC experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP/S4HANA and Blue Yonder is advantageous.
  • Holding a Prosci certification or equivalent is considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical, structured, and collaborative with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
