Responsibilities

  • Manage, educate, expand, and enable strategic partners to achieve corporate sales objectives.
  • Create and execute a regional account plan to align regional partner business with the company’s corporate objectives.
  • Lead the relationship between strategic partners and the company, ensuring they meet the requirements of their tier in the company Channel Partner Program.
  • Drive partner sales and technical enablement and coordinate attendance to training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between strategic partners and the company sales representatives on the Mid-Market and Enterprise Teams.
  • Deliver value propositions and key messaging to the partner community, while monitoring and reporting on deal registrations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company products, competitive technologies, and industry trends, sharing insights with partners.
  • Execute marketing programs with the help of field marketing and serve as the main point of contact for the company resources.
  • Meet or exceed quota for strategic partners and manage overall relationship responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience selling business to business and maintaining partner relationships.
  • 4+ years of partner selling experience in a high-tech software company, preferably in cyber-security.
  • Knowledge of software or computer-related product sales, emphasizing security.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction.
