Position

As the company expands across Saudi Arabia and the wider METAP region, we are seeking a Channel-Focused Field Marketing Manager to drive partner-led growth in KSA. You will join an established local marketing team and work closely with an in-country Field & Channel Marketing Manager. You will also collaborate with our regional Sales, Partner, and Technical teams based in Saudi Arabia. This integrated approach ensures close alignment with local market needs and fast execution of our go-to-market strategy. This role suits a results-driven, channel-focused marketer who builds effective joint Go To Market programs, strengthens partner engagement, and delivers measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Leading channel marketing strategy and execution in Saudi Arabia in close alignment with regional sales and marketing leadership.
  • Developing and activating joint go-to-market programs with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Managing MDF investments and campaign budgets to ensure transparency, performance tracking, and measurable Return of Investment.
  • Building strategic relationships with key channel partners to strengthen collaboration and accelerate partner-led growth.
  • Designing localized, data-driven campaigns aligned with Saudi market dynamics and priority industry segments.
  • Driving field marketing initiatives including events, partner activations, and customer engagement programs to increase brand presence and engagement.
  • Measuring campaign performance, lead conversion, and partner impact using analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, PR, and Global Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution and amplify local success stories.

Requirements

  • Bring 7+ years of marketing experience with a specific focus on channel marketing in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrate proven success in building and managing partner marketing programs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintain an established network of KSA marketing agencies and channel partners.
  • Exhibit deep understanding of SaaS, UCaaS, and collaboration technologies.
  • Showcase strong expertise in budget management, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Apply familiarity with AI-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
  • Leverage international working experience as a strong added advantage.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
