Unlock employer & apply directlyWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our Partner team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical sales background and industry expertise with a proven track record of working with partners in the Middle East. The responsibilities include designing and proposing solutions, conducting product demos, and providing technical support to drive revenue growth through our partners. You will need to understand channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems to enable partner success and stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to align technical activities with revenue growth objectives. Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial, as is building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, resolving conflicts, and ensuring mutual success. Additionally, you will contribute to broader technical initiatives and projects, mentor peers, and update knowledge bases.
We welcome applications from individuals with extensive experience in a technical sales engineering role, preferably within a channel or partner ecosystem. Relevant industries include cybersecurity, cloud computing, and networking. Candidates should have experience supporting channel partners, value-added resellers, or distributors, and should be capable of designing solutions tailored to partner and customer needs. Additionally, strong knowledge of competitors and skills in de-positioning, experience conducting product demos and technical presentations, and strong problem-solving abilities to assist partners with technical issues during the sales process are required. Understanding of the MEDDPPIC sales methodology is desirable, and fluency in Arabic is a plus but not essential.
