Channel Strategy Manager

As part of the BytePlus Team, you will help enterprise customers build what's next for their businesses using Bytedance's cutting-edge intelligent technologies. Responsibilities:

• Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud channel strategy aligned with company goals.
• Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners such as Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), and cloud resellers.
• Enablement & Training: Deliver enablement programs ensuring partners are well trained on our cloud products, go-to-market plans, and sales processes.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Sales Management: Drive pipeline generation and co-selling efforts with partners to achieve revenue targets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis to internal leadership.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partner strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience and success.

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience managing partnerships with Hyperscalers, SaaS and PaaS companies, as well as the Digital Native ecosystem (e.g., gaming, social, web3, crypto) and FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies or platforms.
• Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, LLM, AIML, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus; a technical background would be beneficial for this role.
