Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery

The Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) tasked with onboarding and managing local retail partners in the company's Hub Delivery program. This is a leadership role that combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation and performance targets while maintaining the company's high delivery standards. The Channel Lead will serve as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of the company's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
