Responsibilities
Cash Flow & Treasury
- Manage daily cash balances and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize working capital across different projects or business units.
- Reduce financial risks and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.
Banking & Compliance
- Serve as the main point of contact for banking partners.
- Help secure and manage credit lines, loans, and bank facilities (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees).
- Ensure full compliance with banking terms and submit monthly stock or project statements on time.
MIS & Financial Planning
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.
- Track actual spending against budgets and analyze variances.
- Partner with operational heads to align financial forecasts with project or factory milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) is strictly required.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience is essential.
- Industry: Experience in Real Estate & Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and financial forecasting.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to negotiate with banks and effectively present to management.
